Oasis Logistics and Trust Ltd is duly registered with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) under the companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 with the number RC 1526608, with authorized share capital of N5, 000,000. As agro-based logistics organization, her activities is approved and certified by CAC to provide agricultural logistics and training /empowerment/skill acquisition services down to the grassroots, low income earners, small scale farmers, artisans etc. Oasis activities is also registers ande are strictly regulated and monitored by CBN through regulatory agencies as enshrined in the banks and other financial institution Act 1991 (AS AMENDED). Oasis also functions   as  Micro Finance Institution and  is an affiliate member of the Association of non-bank   micro finance institution of Nigeria (ANMFIN).
